Growing up next door to a stockbroker, and having made his first investment at age 12, Jeff has always had a passion for what this industry can do for individuals. After graduating from the University of Kansas, Jeff spent time in the retail and service industry, including having been an investor/owner and COO of a Restaurant and Comedy Club in Illinois. Knowing the time and operational challenges they face, Jeff leverages that business owner experience into value for his small business clients.
Working as an Advisor for nearly 20 years Jeff has chosen to focus on the Independent Advisor space and will happily share why it is such an advantage to his clients. Beyond his focus on building custom investment plans for both Individuals and Small Business clients, Jeff devotes time each week toward giving back in his communities.
Having been a Boy Scout Leader, doing community fundraising, and serving on several Boards including: Keller ISD’s CTE (KCAL) Advisory Board, Golden Triangle Rotary and as past Chairman of Grapevine Sailing Education Foundation.
Jeff has been married to his wife Laura, another Jayhawk, for 28 years, and they have two incredible sons. When not working they enjoy sailing their boat, and Jeff coaching youth with the Grapevine Junior Race Team on the Texas Sailing Association Youth Circuit.
Jeff has his MBA, AIF certification, and currently holds his series 7,63,65.
